Seanren78 has commented on another site that this hybrid was built for the .517 OS. He is currently working on V9, which will use the .607 OS as the base. V8.5 should use the .517 OS as the base.

v9....is in the works! I am thinking about staying with the .517 base until I higher leaks comes out. I have tried to fix the bbm group messaging problem by rolling back some files, but to nothing. I use group chat so it would be a benefit. So we'll call that one V10! V9 is on it's way...good speed....zero typing lag...battery is good... soft touch.
