gman is correct, if you choose the "replace system software with older version provided by DM" then you will install the hybrid! It's not a downgrade, trust me

1. The memory is great and kinda stable... why I wrote kinda, because I use facebook and twitter, which means those 2 will drink up your memory slowly... With this hybrid, I start up at 28MB (don't worry I installed too many programs, and tbh it's great to have a start there with all my apps), but down to 22 MB when I start opening FB and let it idle for 10 mins... and stabilize there for 2-3 days and start drawning again to 10 MB (I don't know how to explain this phenomenon LoL)

2. The battery life is so great. It's about 1,5x from your last hybrid I use (v1.4 if i'm not mistaken)

3. The browser speed, splendid... Fast... woosh...

So recommended hybrid like every hybrids Willyboy has made =)

just hit "yes" since the system reads this hybrid as a "downgrade" because it is comprised of different files/cods from various OS [not all 554]...

Thanks for the tip! I installed 5.0.0.554, then ran the 2.1 hybrid and selected downgrade. Everything went smoothly, however Help Screen displays 5.0.0.509 (860) and About displays 5.0.0.509. Did I do something wrong?

Yes, are you sure you installed the proper hybrid? That sounds like one of the v1.x hybrids....

I dont know what I did wrong the first time, but I removed the 554 folder from the loader files folder, re-installed 554, then ran the 1.2 hybrid, then connected my phone and it installed perfectly. 591 on both the help screen and about. Thanks again!!
