Hey guys, we're gonna do this a little different this time around.

This is a patch I have packaged up.

The patch consists of 509/530/545/548/554/571 files

This should (although not tested) work on any BB phone using a radio between versions .41x to .548. However I recommend using the latest available for your device.

To install:

Download and install the os you wish you use the radio from to your pc

Add the files from the patch to the java folder of the os you just downloaded and installed.

You can find the OS folders in X:/Program files/common files/research in motion/shared/loader files/your os

Note depending on the radio you are using you may need to add more files than the 571 patch files (included in the patch)

3 - .548 files
16 - .545 files
1 - .530 files
3 - .509 files



If you are using a radio lower than 517, you're help->about should read 509. Otherwise it will show the version number of the os you installed on your pc.

hey ooak, really love your work man..
if i want to install this on my 9520, should i still use .436 or .497 ?

so is this "patch" like a hybrid? Just another way of saying it?

Edit: Call clarity is amazing, so clear. Proximity sensor works great too on calls

Hey One. Thanks for all the good stuff lately. I was wondering if you might be able to compile all the necessary files needed into one .rar file for me/us. I have a 9530 running the .517 java. I tried installing the previous patch with the "lower than 517 radio and it fubared my install. If you could whip up a file that I could copy over the straight .419 java that would be a big help. Thanks again

Install your Base OS (.419+)
