Installing Hebrew support on .132 hybrid 4
Well, I've had Hebrew support and keyboard on OS 113 and 114, including the hybrids. Now that 132 leaked, I installed it, but Hebew language support was'nt included in the package.
Now I very badly want to install the new hybrid 4, but since I was informed that it uses the keyboard from 132, I know I'll not be able to write in Hebrew.
With the help of a few mods and helpful members in the chatroom, I tried yesterday to make a few of my own hybrids, sorta, by copying all "_he.cod" files and a few others from one java folder to the other, but couldn't get Hebrew on my phone.
Now my question is, what files do I need in order to make hebrew work with 132 hybrid? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance.

No I didn't. Here are the steps I took:
I installed 114, and than 132. I installed the hybrid 4 into 132. copied all the "_he.cod" and hebrew files, plus net_rim_tid_dynamic_transcoding_data_CP1255.cod and net_rim_tid_dynamic_transcoding_data_CP1256.cod from 114 to 132. I also took the virtual keyboard and virtual keyboard library files from 114 to 132. I also took the blackberry.alx file and the platform.alx file from 114 and put it into 132 (outside of the java folder).
By than, everything looked alright. Hebrew came up as an option, all the dependencies were listed, and it seemed like it's gonna work.
But it didn't. I loaded the software to my storm, but no Hebrew keyboard. :banghead:
I than uninstalled everything, did a little of :banghead: :banghead: , installed 114 again, hybrid 3, and here I am, back at 114 H3.
I now officially pronounce myself a total failure. I may now kiss my storm.
Dang...did you save the java folder somewhere that way so we can try to tweak it a lil more? if not why dont you try to

No I didn't save the whole java folder, but I can easily send you all the cod files I used. Just remember to paste it into 132 after installing the hybrid.
And to answer your question: Yes, I also included net_rim_tid_dynamic_ling_data_hebrew_ltr.cod and net_rim_tid_dynamic_ling_data_hebrew_35k_2.cod. Also, I found only 6 of the transcoding data files, and yes I put everything in just in case. But I know that Hebrew reequires only 1255 and arabic - another RTL language - requires 1256 (see here Code page - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ), that's why I mentioned these two. Also I saw in the dependencies that these two files are required.
Where can I send you all the files I used for my own little hybrid?
Acctually there are 15 transcoding files. I only searched for "125", that's why I got 6. But I don't see how does others can relate to Hebrew support.
I took this screen shot of Loader and what it says the files are for Arabic and Hebrew
It looks like you have them all, i dont understand why its not working
You took that on a 114 installation, right? That's where I looked too, to make sure I got everything. I can't for the life of me figure this out, and the wall already threatened to sue my head for damages...
