Updating after hybrid install
I have seen this answer before, but I can't find it now.
After installing a hybrid, I use Desktop Manager to reinstall my third party apps. How do I make it so it doesn't mess with the core software and just installs the new stuff? I know there is something about putting an 'A' in there, but I don't know where.

@ryano2121...
Not a problem.
Follow this patch.
My Computer>>Local Disk C>>Program Files>>Common Files>> Research In Motion>>Shared>>Loader Files
In this folder will be the Java files. Right click this file name and add an A to the end of the file name.
Good Luck!

It is still showing that the system software and core applications will downgrade. Is this ok?

From DM? If so it is because it is seeming the version that can be downloaded through dm... Ie if u are on 405 but 328 is official dm will always tell u to downgrade. But you shouidnt need to do that just to install apps. Just cancel it then try.

It could also be trying to install .328 from the web. might try disabling the NIC when you are doing this
