Here's the details:

328 based (shows 328 in about screen)
This is pre-shrunk 40.2mbs (369 files), I have provided the removed
files folder and placed it in the Java folder so things may be added
back in.
137 (405) files
24 (402) files
2 (386) files
5 (371) files
67 (351) files
38 (348) files
The rest of the cods are 328

Includes:

App World (.23)
BBM5
Facebook (latest version)
Docs to Go (with PDF to GO)

Tools Folder:
BBSAK 1.7
Shrink an OS by Lyricidal


List of things removed:
All the language files besides english
global font (latin and european fonts still there)
backgrounds, ringtones, default vid
vznav
tty
vcast
help files
event log viewer
all the messenger programs except bbm (has bbm5)
city id
app center
setup wizard
ota upgrade
and all the games


*Ringtones have been added back in due to popular demand*

I believe there is something wrong with the installer. I've tried 4 times to install over a new and clean install of 328 and keep getting the same error message:
a docs to go cod is creating the error
it says the cod contains invalid data
I've loaded quite a few hybrids so I know I'm doing everything right.
Please check it out and advice.

BTW, just yesterday I loaded up the 402 installer without a hitch and before you ask, I totally deleted everything from my pc before loading the new hybrid

Getting the same error also.

I had the same problem. Just gave up. Hoping for a leak, after seeing all of these other leaks dropping I am being hopeful.

so far working great! no issues. did notice theres an extra music folder in my downloads. easy to hide though

Can anyone tell me what differences between this and previous 328 hybrids? Is it memory or battery life improvements or is there newer features or other tweaks that actually stand out? Suprisingly, I'm getting a little weary of loading new OS's every 2 minutes on my phone :laugh2:

Tested 405 hybrid this morning... phone started up no problems. After installing a few apps from Blackberry App World they appeared to successfully install. The icons showed up in the downloads directory. However, when I tried to click them to start up, nothing happened. Options -> Applications had the apps installed, but none would run. After a few battery pulls I finally gave up and reverted back to Verizon official 328. Anyone else have similar issues?

The only solution I've found when that happens is to Edit the Permissions. Options>Applications>Highlight App>Menu>Edit Permissions and set all to Allow. Not sure that's your issue but maybe it'll help

Thanks Peter..may give it another go as the installer's been fixed since this morning. I copied the rar files instead of using the installer.

Haven't gotten around to installing this yet. Installed 402 late last night & can't bring myself to do that all over again so soon. Installed & shrunk on laptop tho.

To add removed files,can I just copy the entire folder over or should I open the folder and copy individual cods??
I see You added ringtones back but also would like font and games.

I installed .402 last night and am having issues with the phone missing calls.One ring and right to voicemail,or answer while ringing and call dissapears.

Any Ideas??

had the same issue, docs 2 go should work again, if you reload ota from the manufacturer...
