Am I really gonna be the first to reply to this? I've got a bad case of insomnia tonight so I'm about to wipe my Storm2 and load this puppy up. Thanks again for the great hybrids man. Do you happen to have a donation place like the theme makers do? Your files to me are way more valuable than themes, and just as much a work of art if you ask me. Thanks again! (Now that I see you JUST posted it like 15 minutes earlier, I guess that'd explain why I'm the first one to the party here )

Well I'm giving it a go. So far I've ran into a hitch trying to get my OS reinstalled on the device, but I'm sure I've done something wrong, so I'm now reinstalling the stock .320 to my PC, and THEN reinstalling this new hybrid afterward, then reconnecting my device and hoping the freaking apploader shows Core Apps/Etc this time, and not just my 3rd party apps. I've had it happen before, just can't remember now what I did then to correct it.
3:55 AM UPDATE: Ok finally figured out my issue, and got the core apps and system software to begin loading, but when I opened it in SAOS, it showed 74 MB.....I'm still positive there HAS to be something I'm not doing properly here, and I've read, and reread the instructions 100 times. I'm by no means saying they're wrong, I'm positive it's user error on my part, but below is exactly what I've done in order, can one of you more seasoned folks point out the error of my ways? Pretty please?
1) Removed all OS files from my PC (I prefer to do that first so I KNOW for sure whats in the Java folders)
2) Installed the Official .320 software from the VZW site (if I stopped here, I could now load the stock OS to my Storm2)
3) Using the .exe installer file provided, I ran it and 'installed' the hybrid to the same folder as the stock OS
4) Opened Shrink A OS and pointed it to the .320 folder where I just installed both stock and hybrid, attempted to shrink but nothing was removed. Started with 74.39 MB, ended with 74.39 MB. Here is where I guess I'm confused....I read the OP where it mentioned 39.3 MB is what should be there. Am I still doing this right so far?
5) Reconnected my device (which was sitting on the 509 screen prompting to load device software) and loaded the software in that folder using AppLoader from SAOS.
Now....that's the exact same procedure I used for the first hybrid provided a few days ago, and my 'About' screen matched yours except for the 'Branding Version' which I posed the question in the other thread, THAT should be different no? My OS showed 126.96.36.1991 so I knew I did SOME of it right at least, and when I counted the files (WAAAAAY too much time on my hands apparently) it matched up perfectly. That was for the .341 hybrid.
This version is currently loading and I know I still need to do a security wipe once it's installed, but that 74.39 MB is throwing me here. Am I still on track? Thanks for any information anyone who decides to answer me can provide, and sorry if I'm wasting anyone's time. Once I have this puppy installed correctly I will also post/report any findings.
4:15AM Update: Finished installing the OS, and my screen now shows .341 again so I'm assuming I've done it correctly. If so, yall can just reply and ridicule and point at me :22:. Doing my security wipe now and then uploading my contacts/backup info.
4:45AM Update: DONE! Below is my screenshot of my About screen. Does it appear I've installed this new hybrid correctly?
