Here's the details:

320 based (shows 341 in about screen)
This is pre-shrunk 39.6mbs (375 files), I have provided the removed
files folder and placed it in the Java folder so things may be added
back in.
169 (351) files
7 (348) files
The rest of the cods are 341

App World (latest version)
BBM5
Facebook (latest version)
Docs to Go (with PDF to GO)

Tools Folder:
BBSAK 1.7
Shrink an OS by Lyricidal


List of things removed:
All the language files besides english
global font (latin and european fonts still there)
backgrounds, ringtones, default vid
vznav
tty
vcast
help files
event log viewer
all the messenger programs except bbm (has bbm5)
city id
app center
setup wizard
ota upgrade
and all the games

lol I know what you mean. I'll try to get an installer up after class

I think I did it right. I just extrated the RAR files/folders to the main 9550 folder and told it to over right anything there. Is that right?

I got it installed, it says 341 in ABout, I couldn't get it BES activate so I rebooted the device and now it's bricked

Edit: Did another battery pull and it seems to be booting up again

Any word on the performace? I have Iretun Build 5. Should I try this one over the one I have? OOAK has always had great hybrids. Any findings yet?
PS. Love the new weatherberry! Home screen Icon now is set as my wallpaper....and updates! The icon does not, but the wallpaper as the icon does. Thanks Mr. Drone.

I'm trying to BES activate it but it's not going.....

Edit: I'm uninstalling and wiping and reloading...something isn't right

Edit2: Ok I uninstalled everything and reinstalled, did a full wipe of my device and reinstalled. It's booting up, will post results soon.

Edit3: anyone able to BES activate this? I can't. And i've wiped and reinstalled twice now, same results. Won't BES activate

It turns out that outlook 2010 was the culprit. There are settings in there that prevent certain types of emails to be moved and the BES activation email must have been one. I now have this hybrid installed and BES activated and running smooth

It took awhile for me to verify this BUT, weather icons DO update on the homescreen...saw it with my own eyes!!! Also, you can set meterberry to rotate icons, and it wouldn't do it before!!! This is FANTASTIC !!! check it out....

In the "removed" file...so that won't effect the running of the OS...right.
