Yup--my S2 is running very, very nicely with OOAKDPC's prior version. Contrary to my usual behavior , I think I'll wait for some feedback on improvements before I spend a couple hours wiping / reloading.

Same here, if it ain't broke, don't fix it right? :-) I'm thrilled with my new Storm2, on top of having this great hybrid to correct the issues that would've made me second guess getting one in the first place (homescreen, etc) so I probably won't be updating until I see the change log or some feedback from those who do. That may all change when I have to drop my daughter back off at her mom's for the week on Friday, and I have a full week to myself again. I'm sure I'll be installing all kinds of things that week. :Eyecrazy:

Loaded new version. Just got a freeze up. Doing battery pull now.

I would encourage doing at least 3 60-second battery pulls after any hybrid install

I do have something cooked up for the 9530, it doesn't have any 341 in it though. In other words, it would still have the homescreen bug.

OneOfaKindDPC, 9530 doesn't have the homescreen update bug, as .328 already updates screen

Can anyone tell me which files I need to delete (cods) using MCP to remove the sample pics/ringtones/vids/etc? I'm going off the info from an earlier poster in this thread, as I didn't think it was possible since v5 was released, and RIM was restricting access to the 'System' path.
