phone is not charging VIA USB cable to PC after update.

Battery signal shows charge signal, but LED light on phone is not blinking like it usually does when charging.

Its been sitting on USB cable to PC and I keep checking the battery and its not charging. Anyone else having this problem?

Also SimpleWeather will not update at all, but Meterberry is functioning fine.

Are you checking the actually battery percentage? We have had a couple OS that still charged but charging symbol didn't appear. I would recommend a clean wipe and reload, then also do a security wipe....After that is finished, restore your phone back up and apps.

Crackman has never developed for 9500 so don`t even expect a reply. Short answer is probably no. I have tried a few with no sucess at all!

It should as long as you use the base of .328 for the 9500

is it safe to shrink this os ? or not .... also any one remember where the 64 bit jlcmdr what not was located in thr fourms ...?


even with out shrink i like the ver v10 , doing the battery pulls atm to make sure it all settels down but even with out them it was still running very smoothly , like it alot as always keep up the good work bbc

only thing im noticing atm is my email carriers used to have pictures for it like yahoo,aol, and such ... now its the standard email message with the globe any thoughts how to change it ?

I've been running straight 328 since it's inception and it's been good.
What might I notice as being different (better) on V10 comparing it to straight 328. thanks in advance for your response.

I did use Shrink an OS and got rid of several this I don't use. Then launched loader from Shrink and everything loaded extremely fast. About 20 minutes start to finish!!

My memory is rock solid with this hybrid. I boot up at 38.30MB and 48 hours later I've only lost 1MB!! Outstanding!!!

Battery and signal strength are also improved with this hybrid!

This is the best my Storm 1 has run to date!

At this point there is no need to run out and buy the Storm 2!

I'm gonna give it a shot when I get back to the office tomorrow morning.
I think I'm bored and need something new to try because straight 328 is pretty good. I had some decent leakage at first but it seems to have settled in. I have questioned my signal at times. I notice at times I seem to be stuck on 1x when I shouldn't be. On the flip side, I've gotten good results in my basement where, in the past with other os's, I didn't fare as well.
Anyway, I'll give it a shot and let everyone know how I do.

Isn't it based off 328? So the signal would be the same?

in addition to the email icons not here seems quickpull 3.5.4 free is not working ... i go to reset and it just hangs there ... sometimes it gives a allow permissions sometimes not ... then gives a messagebox error occured see device log for info ... but idk where the device log is so i dont know whats wrong ...

movie playback is much better it seems ... a song i used to watch on youtube now plays clear and with no lag ... where it used to be choopy and scratchy ..

Yes I am checking the percentage. it went up 3% in 30 minutes. Just before I had installed Hybrid, I was using usb cable to charge and it charged 66% in 30 minutes.

I proceeded to plug into wall charger and it charged like normal.

The only issue I had wtih V10 was when I played videos through the Media Player, the volume wouldn't work and sometimes playing videos would lock up my phone. I switched to the .323 radio and V10 and now it works flawlessly!!

how did you change the radio file??

Just downloaded and installed the hybrid. Everything works well. Im operating on the T-mobile network, for those of you concerned. The only issue I have is EDGE dropping to edge, but what else is new. It seems that the only hybrid that ever fixed that was OOAK.... hint hint

Is there a known fix for the Email-link issue?

It comes and goes on this hyrbid for me. A battery pull fixes it.. until a second email is opened, at which point the problem comes back until another battery pull.

Another thing that seems to happen EVERY time I change/upgrade OSs, I lose BBM and tonight was no different, unfortunately, the OTA link is being slooooooooooooower than ever. Maybe a lot of traffic, could be coincidental.

Update:
The issue with bbm not coming back was resolved, it was user error on my part.
When installing, do not, repeat, do not check both bbm boxes in the app loader, it apparently confuses the two and loads neither of them. check only the one on the lower part of apploader and it will work just dandy.
The other issue has not returned today, might have been an actual weak signal from Verizon, due to weather being fo' shizzle.

i have found the browser is intermittent for a connection, sometimes it works some times it doesn't but after a battery pull it works again.

Is there an advantage of the .323 radio over the .328? Also, what about the .230 radio?

Just installed V10 -- Ill post real findings tomorrow ---I dont understand -- no one is installing this -- guess peeps think .328 is good enough-----personally , I think battery life and the memory leak issues on .328 are a joke. Shame on Verizon --- Im sure BBC has done a great job fixing it. I just wish he supplied a type of change log for us :-)

Change logs would just take the fun out of playing with the OS...
