    Blackberry enterprise system(bes) activation removal

    Dear All, am having BES activation problem on my Bold6(9790) i've tried so many techniques like re-installing the OS, phone wipe, factory resetting etc but the problem still persist. Please I need help because the BES would not allow me to setup BIS package from my provider and render the phone almost useless.

    I bought the phone new and after few months it start showing BES activate page whenever am trying to setup email account on the phone.

    I want to completely remove this BES thing completely on my phone, please help me!

    make sure you clear the IT policy and delete from your bes

    Contact your iSP because after your first activation i think the service remain activei got the same problèm whit Orange here in cameroon your phone dont have any problem
