    Hopefully I can see one of these in person at some point. I would like to try it on.
    I'm with you. I want to see it. How big of a BB nerd do you have to be to have a BB watch? Sad to say I would love to own this watch.:haha:

    Wifi

    They should have added a Wifi receiver to the watch so by Bluetooth non-Wifi BBs (Tour 1) could connect to Wifi. RIM blew it. That would have been a rockin' watch.

    I fail to understand your logic. What would the benefit of wifi have been? Wifi doesn't seem like a logical choice for the type of product.

    sunkast,

    If the watch had a Wifi receiver, using the watch's Bluetooth connection to the Blackberry, a non-Wifi Blackberry would be Wifi enabled. Would probably require an App but it'd work. Think GPS puck.

    Ohhh okay now I understand what you are saying. But I still think it sounds silly. Though to me still doesn't make sense considering you'd be piping a newer, better tech through very inferior tech. Kind of like trying to stick a quarter in a slot made for a penny.

    I suppose that would work but how good would the connection be. I would imagine the signal wouldn't be the greatest concidering the size that the receiver would be and then the signal being sent through bluetooth.

    @sunkast,

    Point well taken about quarter and penny. Yeah, I'm not really a techie but I looked at the current Bluetooth specs and the data transfer rate would be slow. But, is Bluetooth 2.0 faster than EVDO Rev A.?

    All,

    How cool would it be if the watch could take themes and update Plazmic to make themes for the watch? Lots of possibilities.
