Thread: RIM Advertising on Microsoft's My Phone page

So this is either a fluke, or this may very well be a start of a partnership. This ad has came through on no other then a Microsoft page. This isn't like a Verizon or Sprint ad, this as shown came from no other then RIM. Maybe we will see more users ditch WinMo and come over to our side! Either way, this could be an interesting find or it could be just a fluke.

Thanks for sharing Stiefler. Not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. I'm a microsoft fan personally, but others may seem a little concerned be mac users.

I think this would be a great move.

I for one am not a microsoft fan, nor a mac fan. I prefer to run linux. I almost think a partnership between RIM and Microsoft would ruin the blackberry. Don't get me wrong it would be great to market and great for business...but I don't think that blackberry would ever be the same for its hardcore blackberry users.

Jordan, I agree with you! I despise M$ to the point where if they completely disappeared it would do nothing more than make me happy. Would be good for publicity, but nothing more. Anything that says M$ on it = unstable, viruses, intrusion, crashes, and other bad things. I too lean towards the penguin, love Tux (Linux). I feel as anyone, not just RIM, whom has established anything on their own, and then joining it with anything as buggy as any product that has been put out by M$ in my opinion would have an overall negative effect.
