Thread: why Blackberry is best

Blackberry is the only maker to release firmware updates ( yes Apple as well ) to most Z10 owners quickly despite carriers interference,
windows phone owners look likely to be shafted again, as long as Blackberry keep their word and update playbook, and continue to update the phones quickly and support them as long as the playbook,nearly two years now which no other tablet has, as an owner i expect support for a reasonable time, google said eighteen months support for Android never happened, Blackberry need to let present and new owners, how long they will be supported, two years is about the minimum as contracts last that long, if longer then another reason to buy Blackberry,
as for lack of apps more are arriving and regular app updates are happening, looks like i will be a Blackberry owner for a while as no other
new phones appeal and BB10 is the best system available, ( UK tv adverts for Z10 are regular and catch the viewers attention the best yet,)

There is another to be said for brand customer loyalty. Again not all users are addicted to social networking or contact and just want a solid working experience that meets their needs. I want a supplier and will continue to support a supplier/manufacturer that keeps it's word and honors its commitments. I understand the need for change and growth. But don't hold me hostage for poor management or product decisions of the past. I would like a solid working PlayBook that I don't have to find work arounds in support of a business tablet it was supposed to be at launch. Our BB community is supposed to be testament to the fact that not everyone or store or hotel or car manufacturer is an "APPLE" user.

I think the design and the looks of the mobile may look good this may be the reason
