Yea, sometimes the voice control has a hard time getting the words accurately if the sentences are longer. I'm sure this will be refined within the next couple updates.

Got my Z10 in the UK two days ago. I had problems getting data into it from my old 9300 using BB Link. Gave up and got contacts into Z10 using Gmail sync.
However, BB link started working after a Z10 battery pull. The phone is amazing. I even managed to get a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse working with the phone. Just like you can with the Playbook. Battery life is OK if you watch your power management by turning off wifi, bluetooth and NFC if you don't need them. This is easy to do with a simple swipe down and tap to turn function on and off. It's best to charge each night. You can get a sleep mode clock display with alerts automatically turned off. Unfortunately I could not find a way of really putting the phone to sleep with a wake up at a pre-determined time. I would like to know if the Z10 has a real low power sleep mode. I guess if connected to a charger each night it is not an issue for most people. The application store will get better but tbere are missing apps like Kindle and Video chat, I managed a video call from my PlayBook to the phone but couldn't initiate from the phone to PlayBook over local wifi as PlayBook does not have BBM. Either phone needs videochat or PlayBook needs BBM. Maybe the BB10 PlayBook update will fix this.

Hi, still enjoying using my Z10, and need to charge it twice a day, I'm a heavy internet / Camara user, the USB charging lead is very- very tight to insert and remove
on my phone, micro USB lead should require no effort to insert/ remove,[ many Nokia N900 owners I'm one, the USB port detached from motherboard because the lead was tight
thought it was ok at the time, you learn by experience, just after guarantee expired,,phone scrap] tried several makes of leads from my collection and HTC one slides in /out
no effort required, problem solved, still using Blackberry charger unit, so if your new Z10 has very tight micro usb lead be careful,
the Z10 is the best phone I have owned so far its amazing and the camara with time shift mode is brilliant idea,

Thanks for the feedback jaycee and merlin.

I noticed as well that the micro usb was a bit tight. That eventually works it way smoother after awhile of inserting and and taking the plugin out. Keep us posted on more of what you love or don't love about the Z10!

A few more questions if I may:
    1. Does it have bedside clock mode?
    2. Is the alarm volume also dictated by the master volume?
    3. Does it do gapless audio playback?
    4. Does it support sending the song metadata when streaming via bluetooth. You need a car deck that supports it, if you have one and could give it a try that would be great.

BTW if there's a Q&A thread that I missed let me know and I'll post there instead.

Is there an integrated instant messaging client? Out of the box what are services you can chat on?

On Gmail emails went back to 25th of Jan but I deleted a lot that day cleared all my inbox so not sure if you can see back further you can see about 30 days of emails on Outlook and both have search features too

I love my Z10 the phone is amazingly quick and smooth the Facebook and Twitter apps look superb even if there is still to add a few features too them just really is a excellent phone can edit and use filters on pictures that I am having a lot of fun with and the virtual keyboard is a real joy to use the Z10 is as good as promised in my opinion and even though I usually prefer QWERTY devices I am so glad I got Z10

Hi Z10 just gets better, tested it against, nexus-s/windows phone/ Nokia N9, all without flash player, Z10 with it on should be slower loading flash heavy sites and connected to wi fi,
as Z10 pulls in 3g+ signal the best, the others can not match it, no 4g yet, the Z10 is amazing leaves the others standing, smoked by windows?. Smoked by Blackberry,
file manager not good hard to use by one reviewer, its the best and well laid out and simple to use,I prefer grid view, and the hub is brilliant I can check all my notifications
in one place, and using peek view and not loose my web page, and I like red LED instead of sound for notifications,
[wish list for a Z10 mk2 charger with magnetic connector as playbook, and larger battery and back cover as accessory by Blackberry,] its perfect as it is now.
