Thread: Urgennt Help Needed SOS. BB torch won't stop rebooting

Hi, pls my UNBRANDED 9800 torch won't stop rebooting.. Ie tried all the usual stuff to get it going again, but to no avail. It won't load via "safe bood" either. Even tried connected it to my pc but same result. The bb DM won't recognize it. Even BBSK won't recognize it too.

This is not so much as help but sympathy and empathy. I went through three 9900's with no relief. I upgraded to a 9950 with insurance without this trouble. Seem to happen when upgrading or adding an app.

Hi, I don't know what the precursor was to make this happen, but, I had a weird experience once with my 9000 Bold. It was doing weird things, so I pulled the battery out, plugged it into the computer and the DM manager wanted to update the OS. So, I said yes, and then it told me to put the battery back in or charge it and it would proceed. I put the battery back in while it was still plugged in and it updated the software and worked!! Not that I am saying it will work in your case, but, what have you got to lose?
