Thread: My Torch9800 gets nuked everytime I reboot.

Hi good pple of bbos. I have a Torch9800 that I love so much but its pissing me off right now big time. It gets nuked all the time. I simply can't restart it without it getting stuck in a reboot loop. Somebody should pls help me. But I notice something though. Everytime I wipe and install a new OS, my BBM contact list will still be showing. I have to re wipe em again before restoring ma back up. Pls what can I do to get my device to stop nuking? Thanks.

Which OS version are you using? Have you maybe installed a corrupted app recently?

My current OS version is v6.0.0.723 Platform 6.6.0.248. I've not installed any application at all. I bought the device recently, brand new, then restored my back up from my previous device (Curve 2) it worked pretty smoothly for about a week. It later got nuked and I got the OS reloaded. Then it started getting nuked every 4 or 5 days. Now, its even worse. It simply cannot restart without getting nuked.
