Thread: Even newer BBM?

So while messing around on the Onyx, we seen the new BBM that BGR posted up a while back. But that was still only OS V0.9. While messing around with the Onyx on 5.0.0.111 I came across this little discovery!

Edit: Did the new media buttons pop up in the wild yet also?

Dang that Bold camera sucks. But I do like the new icons in BBM. Looks sweet can't wait to give it a go.

I have stated before, theres lots of new things in OS 5. Some things are not even in the actual builds, but running as separate beta's currently. You haven't seen anything yet.

True, I have a new bbmaps testing, is not that good but is better than the current.

As for bbm I haven't got my hands on it.

For web kit browser I'm not sure, but with each build the browser is being enhanced...

So in terms of the UI, is google maps still better than the latest BB Maps (if you are allowed to say).

As for the browser, true they do get better with each build but seriously they need a massive overhaul on this thing. Compared to Pre, iPhone and Google phone, RIM's browser is barely reaching the minor leagues.

Being honest I've never used google maps, so no way to answer there, but it looks pretty cool, that's all I can say, as for the browser I thinks it will be jumped to a better one, it is just a matter of time, with bbm and the media being enhanced I don't see a "why not" to the browser
