    AT&T Sucks

    Well I guess AT&T is gonna Be the absolute Last Carrier to Release O.S. 7.1
    For Blackberry Torch 9810, I tried to Load from another Carrier of this Sit and
    I know it's at your own Risk, I Killed My Phone after the 3rd day I Couldn't Make Calls
    I Could Hear People But People Couldn't Hear Me So I went to my Desktop Manager to
    Load The AT&T O.S 7.0 and it wouldn't take it gave me the 507 Error Code That Mean's The Software
    Crashed, Luckily were I Live AT&T has a Warranty Store and they have there own way to Load the O.S
    on the Phone and it Worked But Still Every once in awhile I The Same Thing Happened So I Had to use my insurance and Get a New Phone it Came with another Sim Card So Know I Almost want to unlock my Phone
    But it's a Sim card from the Same Carrier I forgot

    Yeah, anytime you load an OS you have some risk of breaking something. Although 90% of the time it works you may have some time where it just goes south. The nice thing is that you can post your issue in forums like this and have people try to help you out. I found that many times you can avoid the pain of having to go through insurance or carrier help just by utilizing a help forum. Just my thoughts.

    There was a time I felt as you did but over the years with the help many I was able to overcome a lot of issues. Not a pro yet but through trial and error and still I persist. Don't give up!

    Sometimes patience is the key when updating your BlackBerry other than a way your carrier may permit. Next time, be sure to check back with us when you get any kind of problem during the process and we can try to guide you through it. Much of the time, it can be fixed.
