Yes I use an LCD/Plasma TV Screen cleaning spray. Its works great and is safe for the device.just take a look at these interesting facts and you will want to clean it even more:

What about sunglass clean wipes?
Yeah I would say that would work as well. Anything with a microfiber surface should be fine.Quote:

I read that ethyl alcohol can be used to disinfect the phones. So, I use my regular hand sanitizer to disinfect my phone.
Now and again its good to clean the copper connectors of your battery, getting ride of oxide build up, this prevents proper delivery of power to the phone. This I believe is root cause battery cycles losing sync. Also dust off the phone's battery pins as well, gently.A cotton bud is ideal.
Damp non-scratching cloth with a gentle soap solution. Make sure it's not soaked or you can ruin your speaker and microphone :)
i use hand sanitizer sometimes but i have a feeling if i keep doing it the letters on my keyboard will rub off so mainly just the screen. But I also use a cheap screen protector i got from ebay :) so really it doesnt matter THAT much I can always change it! =D
