Hello Abdulitman, check out BBH-Tool updated to v2.4.9.5 - many goodies & fixes which is the best tool to shrink your device's OS, but I highly recommend please make a backup using Desktop Manager.

Thanks man but I will stick to your advice thanks once more but please I am having problem bb 9630 when I try to load using app loader because it is display reload software 507 on th bb this is what I get ¡°netn_rim_crypto_1.cod for application not compatible please what do I do

When you see Code 507 reload software, you need to use either BBSAK or BBH Tool.

Was that application previously compatible for your BlackBerry device?

If you see a not compatible, either that means you are using the incorrect method of installing a .cod file(s) to the BlackBerry device, please pay attention when installing .cod files.

Sometimes when users backup their .cod files, they may have forgotten 1 or 2 other files when it is time to restore the application.

I assume you have downloaded the OS, and installed it first, before using BBSAK, or BBH Tool.
