Can't Rim change the software so that we can update the playbook via the desktop manager?
I've been trying since the release to update via wifi and each time there is a problem with "wifi interupted" and I have to start from scratch.
this is really frustrating!
Have you tried from another wifi spot?
I've tried different signals and even my 3G wifi. no success.
Whats the exact message you are getting? You can back up your device and then perform a security wipe. Then the Playbook will update itself.
