Thread: Question about Messae Folder?

Just upgraded to 7.1.0.163 (B457) today & I have noticed when opening my Message Folder I am only able to get partial messages from BBM Groups (I will add pic) I have looked thru opptions to see if the version some how disabled something but I'm not seeing anything. Has anyone experiance the glitch that I am reporting & if one has any feed back to give me wold be greatly appreciated.

Hey Johnny, the only time I've ever seen what you're showing us in the picture is when you're in a BBM convo, you swipe to the right or the left on the touchscreen and that swipe moves you onto a BBM group chat. You should be able to click into the BBM group chat and continue from there.

That being said, it could very easily be a bug in the 7.1 OS from the Messages app. Hopefully someone here has experienced the same and found a solution

Usually, when I have upgraded to a new (leaked or official) OS for my BlackBerry device, I pull the battery out at least twice in 1 day, this way it gives the OS a chance to be settled into the device, and be stable over time.

Users need to do this, as I feel it would solve a few preventable issues from arising on your BlackBerry device.

If you haven't done this, give it a shot, and post back your experience.
