Thread: If you have MSN, hotmail or live emails

Some of you may have noticed this week that if you have Live, Hotmail or MSN email accounts coming to your phone that you have had to re validate them. This is due to a recent Windows Live server update and users worldwide will need to again validate their accounts. If you don't know how to do this you will need to do the following:

1. On your phone go to your email settings>select your email address>click edit>type in your password>click save

2. On a PC go to your service providers BIS website>select your email account>click edit>enter your password>click save

Beware that due to the number of people worldwide that have to do this the servers are packed, so you may get a lot of lag or even cannot connect issues. Be patient and keep trying.

that would explain it lol i just stopped using and went to using my gmail account and will start using my BBOS once it's set up

Yeah I did some research after others were posting they lost their email and couldn't get onto to there email setting page.
