    i need help!!!

    Hi Guys im new. great site. i have a HUGE prob. my torch download speed is really slowing down. i tried everything. closed apps, deleted apps, improved storage, did a wipe a.d loaded the new update that was on desktop man. i really enjoy my phone but this is killing my BB experience. please help...

    Vodacom, but its not the carrier, I held up 2 torches next to each other to download the same thing on same carrier, mine was way slower, 7-8kbs

    In most cases slow download speed isn't due to a problem with your device.
    What is the download speed difference between the two devices?

    Contact your carrier and ask for help... maybe something is wrong there.

    wifi is off and mine runs at less than 10kb/s. the other torch downloads at 50kb/s +.
    they are both on the same carrier, downloading the same content.

    If reinstalling the OS won't help then it's something that is related to the carrier - call your carrier first to see if everything is OK on their end.
    There also can be a small chance that something with the hardware is bad, but I'm i a doubt that this is the problem.
