I am hoping that someone can help me I recently purchased a new ford with Sync and for some reason not all of my contacts will downloand into the system from my Torch. Can anyone help me please

Although I would love to help you. I think the best option would be to contact Ford, and see what they have to say. If they tell you its something to do with the device then I am sure that we could get you fixed up.
We have had many questions asked like this before. The solution is usually that you need a certain OS on your device to run full compatibility with the Vehicle. As ice pointed out, call Ford and ask them what OS is recommended for your Torch 9800.
