For years now I've been a big fan of the Aliph 'Jawbone' series Bluetooth headset. Not only for its stunning design, but for the quality product and sound clarity. Naturally, when Kevin asked me if I would like to do a review of the brand-new Jawbone PRIME, I was all over it like nobody's business. In my review I'll step you through the product and provide you with a few good pictures of the new device... and by the end you may even be convinced to pick one up (you won't regret it - this is my favorite headset to date).
Side note: I'm not going to bore you with all of the initial setup instructions, how to pair the device with your BlackBerry etc... Lets face it, we all know how to do that, and if you don't, I'm happy to report that both headsets here come with very clear instructions on how to do so. Let's get down to it!

This is my current BT of choice. Call quality, design, noise reduction are second to none. In my opinion it is the leader of the pack. In addition they have now added wind cancellation technology which really makes it a keeper.

that they are, only downfall is that there SO expensive lol but there a really good BT headset

I'm going to second jlevy's comments. This bt is by far the best on the market. Far better than the second generation. I have yet to have anyone ask me if I'm on a bluetooth and there is no difference in sound quality whether ur inside or outside. I am really glad jlevy talked me into buying one

Yes they are but IMO well worth the money. There is another BT that is probably the best I have ever used but its absolutely disgusting looking. So if you don't care about how it looks the sound quality of this one is simply amazing, blows Jawbone away.

It is a good one but I had the opportunity of trying out the Plantronics Pro and I'll I can say is wow. It blew the Jawbone away in terms of sound quality. It's nasty looking but I was absolutely shocked and the noise isolation is about on part with the jawbone. In terms of wind reduction much much better than the jawbone.

Has anyone been able to test the sound quality when the sensor isn't against your face? I have the Jawbone 2 and that's my only occasional problem.

Yes I have and it works great. Finally don't have to worry about that nub touching your face for good quality.

That looks like my plantronics 510 on steroids.

Jawbone is sending me two Jawbone Primes. :-p, BlueAnt is also sending me their new Q1 so I'll do my own reviews for those.

I'm currently using the Jawbone prime, and coming from the Jawbone 2, it does seem to work a lot better. Most people can't even tell i'm on a BT.
