Thread: my 8900 keeps crashing

my blackberry 8900 keeps crashing when i excessively chat or browse !!.. this plain white screen appears and i cannot do anythng.. i tried removing my battery and putting it back in and half way through loading it crashes again and white screen appear ...it starts only when i put it back to charge !!.. tried formatting the phone ... doing the hard reset removing the os n reinstalling but the problem is still there please help !!!!!!

Which build of OS 5 do you use ?
