Any difference between a leaked version and official version of bbos?

Any difference between leaked versions and official versions of BBOS?

My question will explain better.

Is there any difference between the Leaked version of OS 6.0.600 for Curve 3G released last week and the official version released yesterday.

I downloaded and installed the leaked version, is there any need to download and install the official version? Did RIM make any changes before releasing the official version?

Your input will be appreciated.

The answer depends on who you talk to, but I personally have seen no difference between a leaked or official OS of the same build.

Yeah there's no difference if it's the same exact build number then... Every build that is official at one point in time could've been or was leaked... the software gets approved by the carrier and it goes from being leaked/unofficial to being official...

Official OS has a vendor xml. file that brands it to a certain carrier, while Leaked OS does not have the vendor brand.

No as far as functionality there isn't any difference between leaked and official versions of an OS
