Hey ram,
Why not use an app called 'Tether'? It helps to connect your laptop to the Device's data plan, and it does a pretty good job too. I can't give you a link right now (browsing on my BB!) But its very easy to find, just Google 'Tether for BlackBerry'

I have already downloaded the trial version. It shows the limited connectivity only. I could not able browse. Send the instructions how to configure tether with bb. I am using vista |windows 7 os

As stated above there are several ways that you can "tether" your Blackberry to your laptop. The most common have already been stated:

1. Using desktop manager and the native Blackberry tethering option. The advantage of this one is that its free, but make sure you have an unlimited data plan. Take a look at this step by step tutorial.

2. The second option is using a Third party app like the Tether one stated above.

You have stated that you are currently using the Tether app, and are having problems. Have you done the following:

1.Download Tether on your BlackBerry® by opening the following URL with your BlackBerry® device, from the browser: http://tether.com/t/tether.jad

2.. Please disable all wireless network connections and run our software Tether on both the PC and the BlackBerry® and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you are seeing an error for "No Available Port", this means you need to set the correct APN and make sure all permissions have been granted to Tether on your BlackBerry® device. Please note, some carriers may charge extra for using their APN. Visit: https://www.webmessenger.com/support/APN.jsp

You may also try Bluetooth to connect as well:

If you want to connect via Bluetooth you will need to pair your device. Follow these instructions to pair your device:
