Thread: Storm 2 (Odin),Niagara (Tour), or the Onyx

Which would you be choosing if not both? Why are you gonna choose it? And lastly what are your thoughts on the devices? Lets make it fun

Personally I am planning on picking up both devices, both offer different uses for everyone. Tour is set more for business and the Odin is geared for another media phone. Plus I gotta keep up on the latest devices, there is never to many BlackBerry's in a persons possession! And I have to help with everyones addiction!

I think the tour over the Storm 2 unless I am super impressed with the Storm 2. I would have to try it out and see how the screen functions, if it is like an Iphone I don't have any issues as I was able to type pretty darn quick on it.

Bryan it will not be like the iPhone in terms of typing. From a :cop: I know he said that typing on the Storm 2 is fantastic makes the first iteration feel like :bukkake:

He has played with both and the Storm 2 will be his daily driver (plus nice to have wifi)

My feeling is that we are in the 21st century. There should be three features every phone should have, 3G, WiFi and GPS. Whether or not you use them all is up to the end user. But it's funny when I hear VZW say we have the best network and there is no need to have wifi. Then I watch my girl on her iPhone load National geographic (with all the images) in 5 seconds using wifi. Where it takes me I don't know still waiting for it load from yesterday to get the page to come up.

Thats why my bold is the primary Device for me, wifi and gps, I use them a lot, here at work I have no signal inside the building but I have wifi, plus, I get my emails, sms, and mms, just can't get phone calls trough wifi for now, but anyways who's uses a blackberry to make phone calls..* * *. :18:*

I gotta say the Onyx is really catching my eye ever since the first pics leaked out. Plus it's a Bold upgrade, and in a small form. What else can you else for? Besides touch. But Odin, I'll have to try out, I'm wondering about the new screen.

I think I just need the Onyx, Tour, Odin, Gemini, Aries, Magnum, Pluto next to each other in front of me. Then I'll decide which one I want to keep...No I'll keep all. Gotta have a variety.

Im on VZW, so the Onyx is a no go for me. Im still waiting for the Atlas to pop its ugly head out of the woodwork to make my final decision. I need to play with the storm2 also before jumping on board. What to do, what to do, lol.

Might be true sir, but for CDMA users looking for a BB without a keyboard it just may be. The good news is that their will be a lot of great BB's out soon
