Thread: Can't play VDO on PC

I've used BB9700 to film a VDO clip, when it's transferred to computer, it doesn't work with Window media player. Please someone help me to solve this problem. Thanks so lot

Windows Media doesn't support many codecs, but you can download the K-Lite codec pack and install so that it may allow WMP to support the VDO format.

If that doesn't work, you can try VLC media player.

You have need the format conversion. windows video does not support a lot of software.

I'd suggest using VLC media player on your PC. It plays formats I've never seen.
