Egypt sees internet and BlackBerry service again

It's been about a week now since Egypt has had any type of BlackBerry service and internet connectivity. Today we see that most of Egypt has come back online. Now it's time for Egyptians to catch up on the week of being abandoned from the online world.

Could you live a week without your BlackBerry?

Hi Joe, it's quite a relief to hear the Egypt has finally restored communications, I remember when the crisis started I was working for an organization who had a lot of users stuck in Egypt and then their Blackberries stopped working, it resulted in a widespread panic and handling that was a nightmare. Living a week without Blackberry?? well my friend I cannot live a day without 15 - 30 minutes on my BlackBerry.

My school principal took my phone for a day once. Not a pretty sight :p

Ohh I can remember these days :D everyday I was calling Etisalat Misr customer care lol

I heard that a lot of Egyptians are regretting protesting and the change because the tourist industry is going dry as people are weary of who is in charge of Egypt anymore. How are things now being in the center of the situation, Joey?

The thing is that I was finished my exam, so I could have been calling a taxi or something. Weird rule, IMO :p

Yes that's true . Tourism is still dry and there are also some protests :S I hope they stop these weird things because we want to enjoy our summer ! :)
