Since WES2010 is finally here, what do you guys think will come out of WES2010 in regards to announcements / news?

Hoping for OS 6 compatible with the 9530 - though, truth be told, have pre-ordered the incredible.

OS 6 will never be compatible with the 9530. Not enough memory. 9550 maybe.

I'm hoping for the announcement of the 9650, 9100, webkit, 6.0 and who knows, maybe a slider or clamshell.

hopefully they will announce theyre making an 8gb memory device, and Storm 3.....

Consumer based updates, less "menu driven" device, and specs required to run 6.0 would be nice...

I would like to see them announce that they have no idea what they are doing!!! ha.

9530 has 128mb. storm 2 has 256. New 9650 is supposed to have 512mb. I think 6.0 will require a minimum of 256. Just my 2 cents.

9530 users really cant be mad. The device is pushing two years old. As long as RIM supports the phone they can't complain If the hardware doesn't support the OS then so be it. The users should upgrade to a new berry.

That is the point...for those of us on Verizon we are stuck with it till the New Every Two comes around (unless your rich). So not so much mad, just been a long time. I am really looking forward to the Storm 3. Flash, 6.0, and all the other new things that I can finally take advantage of.

I understand your point. A NE2 comes up at about 20 months into your contract right, so for someone who bought a S1 on release date in 2008, it's pretty close. I have a feeling that by the time 6.0 is actually released, it will be very close if not coincide with the S3 release.

I agree they shouldn't get mad. Just saying a lot of them will. I hope all the rumors are wrong and 6.0 runs fine with 128MB. Just thinking thats not gonna happen.

Correct, bought mine the day after release...and it will be up in july. So my guess is that I will be good for the 3rd gen if it comes out this year.

I doubt it will. Mine is hammered with 5.0

Regarding the show, I hope they don't release another "kid" phone. It's so funny with these recent designs. I am curious to see what will be announced.

Agree. 5.0 struggles on 128mb, so I just don't see how 6.0 with hopefully a lot of additional features would work.
