That wouldn't be because of a data outage. Some how everything on your phone got deleted. You'll have to wipe and reload the OS. If you aren't comfortable doing this, you'll have to call Verizon.

It's back down again it seems.

I've gone from no service to atleast minimal now.

Blackberry = Windows Mobile.

I'm having all sorts of problems with BB Messenger. I cannot seem to restore my list using email or from an actual backup. Too much fun!

I had to delete and reinstall OTA from the web not appworld 4 times to get it to do it justin.. You may try deleteing and reinstalling at least once

yup let me know.. I literally installed 2 times from appworld and 3 times over the web broswer before it would connect to my email

90 comments about bbm and email being down??? Everyone should take a break from their phones and relax. If you don't have your bbm then call the person unless its loaded up with people from different forums. In that case just log and talk to them

No disrespect but you need to respect other members opinions and "Speak for yourself"! There are people out there who do not have a text plan nor enough minutes on their plan to "constantly" speak to whomever. I am fortunate enough to have a great text plan, unlimited Web access, as well as a good amount of minutes so I can afford not to complain about BBM being down. Some people have their "Livelyhood" based on on line businesses and email being down, takes money out of their pocket. BBM is "FREE" as long as you have a BB so therefore those that are "Commenting" about not having BBM, have the right to express themselves "YOU" don't know their situation and you do need to "Fall Back" and worry about "YOU"..This is "" and a GREAT place where members get to "Freestyle" their feelings about Berry issues as well as other things ...

...and speaking of those "other things", now that service has been restored in my area, I'm gonna have another Guinness!
