We thought only Apple and AT&T got sued for patents here and there...but apparently, that is not the case. This time, the guilty party is Research in Motion (RIM) and is being sued by patent troll Klausner Technologies Inc., over Visual Voicemail! Klausner has previously sued Apple, AT&T and Google for exact same patent issue...this time, it's RIM's turn. So far, no other details have emerged, but we will keep you updated on this heated subject!
