    BIS update?????

    My girlfriend 9630 and my pearl both are acting up. Neither are updating or can go on the web. I resent the service books to both and they are working on the web again. Does this mean there was BIS update or just an outage?

    I think there is a data outage...at least a periodic one. I keep getting errors "unable to connect" etc...then other times it would be fine.
