Thread: I just f***ed myself and now I have email issue

I had to reinstall the 3.28 OS, and I thought I had my previous backup, but I didn't. I lost everything. Thanks to Gsync I got all my contacts and dates back. However I am unable to get my blackberry and Gmail to work together.

When I go to send a message I get the error "No message services configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Wizard to setup your email account." Followed by "No message services configured. You will only be able to Save Draft."

When I go to telus.blackberry.com my gmail is still setup there.

From telus BB email set up, resend your service books, then do s battery pull and the issue should be fixed. Also if you have a back up before this one, you can also restore from it.

one further piece of advise is to make sure your default calendar setting is set to your gmail account. this will stop the duplicate events.

options > advance options > default services > your calendar (cical) should be @gmail.com
