Thread: recent reboot problem

I recently ran into a problem with .230; after enabling a password my 9530 has been randomly restarting. Is there a way to fix this?

Actually now it's just shutting off without turning back on and I disabled the password. The only other thing I messed around with was the encryption, but I disabled that as well. Does anyone know whats going on?

I am unsure the fix, but I will look into this for you. I have not heard of any issues like this before. What programs are you running?

Thank you, but the problem was resolved. I just messed around with the encryption and stuff. Thanks though! Glad to be back to normal. I'll keep my eyes out for .288
