Wipe with a Fresh install. Something has gone wrong in the loading process which causes your phone to automatically reset every time you try and use BBM. It's like trying to use the camera on 191, there is a glitch somewhere. Hope this is helpful.
so wipe my phone completely and then reinstall?
yes, since your files are all messed up. make sure you do a DM back up first, then wipe, install 230 and then the 238 Hybrid.Quote:
