For switching your pin on your purchased apps click
this link which will take you to the BBOS store my account section. click support tap then my account, Log in with your mobi user name and password. This will bring up all the apps you have purchased from Mobi (both through us and CB) at the top of the list you will see "change my pin" if you have never changed your pin before, then you can change it instantly right there. If you have then you will have to email Mobi support and they will do it for you. Usually takes 1 day to so. Once that is done you can then go through the list and re download your paid apps
