    why and how do we remove the rim internal tools in de beta os 5.0?

    Once you install the OS onto your pc go to control panel add/remove prgams and remove from there.


    As to why

    It will provide information back to RIM as this is what they use to tack down issues with the Beta tests that are testing the OS's. It will also run in the background causing more battery drain as well.

    i installed it with the tools alreddy, how do i remove them now? reinstall the os?

    If you won't see the tools listed in control panel on your PC then you may have downloaded an OS with it removed.

    SO if you go into control panel you should see something like the following

    -Blackberry desktop software
    -Blackberry phone OS software
