Not sure I understand what the problem is. Is she trying to send you a pic using BBM?

Yup the avatars. It has something to do with fb. I see a pic associated with fb not the avatar she has put on her tour.
I used BBM5 for all of 24 hours. Haven't got a clue, sorry.

i think it takes a little time for them to change...its not instant.
