How do I remove these?

Quincy and Battery Log, upped to 5's .140 and they are seemingly stuck in there. The DMs ADD/REMOVE will not remove them.:irked:

You need to delete Quincy (BLACKBERRY INTERNAL APPS FROM CONTROL PANEL) prior to loading os to phone through add/remove programs on your pc. I would wipe and delete tools and reinstall. That will take care of your problems

He can also just download the OS provided below which has the tools already removed. I too accidentally forgot to delete the RIM tools before hand and had to do just that. After you run the normal process for OS and load it, the tools will remove itself. Nothing else will be affected. ..
