What is threaded SMS?

it's where your sms messages are shown in threads ...kinda like im'ing

if u ever owned a palm phone they use that... it is as cats said like im'ing... just through SMS..

it is a lot like bbm 5.0 in the fact that if you went into your sms/mms folder this is what you would see first



then you would see this for each of the contacts when you go into that persons conversation, as you can see jason is a tool lol.

ok so if that is threading then what is ghosting?

Ghosting is when the letter you are typing pops up so you can see it from under your finger

There is a 3rd party app that does threaded sms and I just wrote up a mini review on it in the following thread

Hey sorry to jump in but does ghost typing work on Bold? (I want to make sure once and for all. as i am pretty sure its not for bold) if yes then how do you set up?

I use Empower SMS Viewer, it also does threaded sms and lets you adjust the color, font, etc. Works great.
