    Need help, USB connection problem

    I was updating my phone and it locked up. Now I get a usb error when I plug in the phone that there is an unrecognizable mass storage device and the driver is shot and won't see the phone

    Do a battery pull....and try again. This happened to me. Then wipe, and begin again.
