Security wipe on BB Z30 has been running for 5 days.

Very strange. My security wipe on a Z30 has been running for 5 days.

It reached 99% 3 days and the final 1% has taken another 2 days. The indicator has moved by fractions of a milimeter over the last 2 days so I know its still running.

I did not have encryption turned on but the phone was nearly entirely full. I like the security of Blackberry's system, but a full week to wipe the phone is a bit ridiculous. Blackberry really needs to address this.

Is there any way to install the operation system without going through the security wipe? I do not want to bother with this process again.
