    help me plzzz my blackberry 8520 is showing reload software 513

    please help me fix the problem showing in my blackberry 8520 phone .. its white screen showing error reload software 513 .. what can i do please help me ..

    Apparently, your os is corrupted somehow. Reload your os with BlackBerry desktop Manager (create a backup first, although I suggest doing a completely new reload). If you get an error at all while the os is updating, keep your phone hooked up to the USB and do a battery pull. Please post back!

    I have tried all step but os is not installed.
    i have recieved error 507 and 621,my device is not connected to the desktop software.
    kindly help me

    Have you followed step-by-step for this article? KB10144-How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader

    The Application Loader is typically found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    Hi
    I have also doing these all steps but no success.
    when i installed os phone is not connected to pc
    i have tried to installed os without battery.
    any other solution or suggestion.

    i am using bold 9900
    when i am installed os from app loader ,its says there is no os,and see disconnected.
