culve 4 showing SOS .Please what can i do

What model Curve are you using?
Does the device still boot up?
Any blinking LED lights?

Is showing initialization failed, I have insect all networks but still the same.

Have you tried rebooting the device? Also, have you updated the OS recently?

I reboot it but is would'nt work. although i have not updated the OS.

So you have the Curve 8520 then, correct? It's important you know the correct model you are using.

You may want to try updating your OS.
