Yesterday I was listening to music and suddenly my phone screen froze. The screen then turned white and the indicator was purple. After a few seconds the screen just went black but the red light was flashing. It stopped after a while and now it refuses to react to anything. I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in several times but still there is not reaction. Is there anyway I can fix it?
